INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEES:

Access to all sessions & exhibition, refreshment & lunch during the conference.

Other social programmes, conference dinners and accommodation are optional and can be booked through the congress registration.

Full payment is due upon registration using a VISA or MasterCard credit card. Online payments are guaranteed through a secure payment site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to thorunn@atconferences.is 

Cancellations before 10 August will receive a full refund, less the 12,000.00 ISK administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 10 August, but changes can be made anytime. The conference organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the conference. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 4 weeks before the arrival date. Neither the conference organizers nor Athygli Conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

If an invoice for payment by bank transfer is needed instead of payment by credit card, please send a request to thorunn@atconferences.is.An administration fee for all changes and invoices sent for bank transfers is 5,500.00 ISK.
